We have developed the Pirscher Gear Polar 2.0 women’s winter jacket for long Honts in wintry temperatures. Extra-warm insulation, reliable weather protection and the longer, cropped coat cut ensure a high level of comfort even during long periods of inactivity. At the same time, the tailored silhouette looks feminine and modern, without unnecessarily restricting freedom of movement whilst hunting.

For the second generation, we have specifically refined the outer fabric and membrane construction and further reduced noise when moving. The outer fabric and ADDVENTEX membrane are now firmly bonded together; combined with the improved outer fabric, this construction makes the hunting jacket even quieter. At the same time, moisture shows up much less clearly on the outer fabric.

Extra-warm winter hunting jacket for women with double protection against the cold

The Feather Touch padding, at 140 g/m² on the torso, keeps the body comfortably warm even during long periods of inactivity. The sleeves are slightly lighter padded at 120 g/m², ensuring sufficient freedom of movement.

A warm torso area is crucial for comfort, particularly during long winter hunts from a blind. That’s why we’ve also fitted the Pirscher Gear Polar 2.0 women’s winter jacket with a heat-reflective thermal coating. It reflects some of the body heat emitted and helps retain warmth where it’s most needed. The fine dot pattern also maintains breathability.

Windproof and waterproof women’s hunting jacket for winter weather

The ADDVENTEX 10.10 membrane provides reliable protection against cold wind, rain and snow. With a water column rating of 10,000 mm, a breathability rating of 10,000 g/m²/24h and taped seams, the Pirscher Gear Polar 2.0 women’s winter jacket remains reliably waterproof even in inclement winter weather. The PFC-free BIONIC FINISH ECO water-repellent treatment also makes the outer fabric water- and dirt-repellent.

The longer, cropped coat cut provides extra protection over the hips and bottom. The high-standing, softly lined collar keeps the neck comfortably warm. The waist and hem can be individually adjusted to keep out cold draughts. Adjustable cuffs and warm wind-proof cuffs with ‘ thumb loops’ seal the sleeves at the inside. From the shoulders down to the elbows, the jacket also features ‘ reinforced’ protection.

Well-thought-out features for long winter hunting sessions

The practical two-way zip can be opened from the top or bottom, offering extra comfort, particularly when sitting. The front flap over the zip protects against wind and wet weather and fastens with silent magnetic clasps.

The detachable ‘ hood’ is double-adjustable and fitted with a small visor that keeps rain and snow off your face. During the design process, we took care to ensure that your field of vision whilst hunting is restricted as little as possible.

The Pirscher Gear Polar 2.0 ladies’ winter jacket features a total of 10 pockets. The two high-set Napoleon pockets with soft fleece lining are particularly comfortable on long, cold hunting: they provide a warm place for your hands and allow for a comfortable waiting position.

There are also two chest pockets with waterproof zips, two spacious front pockets with silent magnetic fastenings, two open side pockets and two zipped inside pockets. This ensures that everything you need to have to hand quickly whilst hunting is neatly stowed away.
