We at Pirscher Shop and our manufacturers always try to offer the best quality in our articles. But unfortunately sometimes the error devil creeps in. At Pirscher Shop, the subject of complaints is openly communicated. Here you will find all the information about what to do and what to observe in the event of a complaint within the statutory warranty period of 24 months.

Step 1:

In case of a complaint, please send us an email to the following email address:

The following information should (if possible) be included in your email:
  • Customer number
  • Invoice or order number
  • Telephone number (for queries)
  • Date of purchase 
  • Item name
  • a description of the defect
  • informative photos showing the defect
Step 2:
Our service team will check your pictures and information and let you know as soon as possible by email or phone how to proceed.

Step 3:
It may happen that we ask you to send us the defective item. We will then check the item ourselves or send it on to the manufacturer or supplier. When returning textiles, we ask you to send them back to us in a clean or washed condition. Our staff will thank you. 

Step 4:
We contact the manufacturer and clarify the further procedure. Every manufacturer handles complaints differently. Should an item purchased from Pirscher Shop become damaged within the warranty period, we will forward it to the respective manufacturer or supplier, who will then decide on repair or replacement. Unfortunately, we can only accept complaints once they have been confirmed by the manufacturer.

We try to process and conclude your complaint as quickly as possible. Nevertheless, we need a certain amount of time for the process, for example to check the facts in connection with the manufacturers and suppliers. We therefore ask for your understanding in advance.

Additional information:
The warranty is provided in accordance with the statutory provisions. For all defects occurring within the statutory warranty period of two years from delivery, you have the statutory right to subsequent performance. We do not accept any warranty for damage and defects resulting from improper use, operation, storage, negligent or incorrect care and maintenance, overuse or improper repair by an unauthorised service partner.
