What are the shipping costs?

How long is the delivery time?

If the order and payment are received before 14:00 on the same day, we usually process and ship the order on the same day if the item has a delivery time of 1-2 days. Usually, the delivery time for orders within Germany is 1-2 days. This means that you will usually receive your order the next day. Shipping to Austria or Switzerland takes 2-4 days. For other EU countries, it can take 2-14 days. You will receive an e-mail when your goods leave our premises. Can I track my parcel online?

Immediately after your order has been dispatched, you will receive an e-mail from us with the DHL shipment number and a link to DHL shipment tracking, where you can track your shipment status.



What does 30 days return period mean?

Good customer service is extremely important to us. That's why we offer an extended 30-day returns period. 

Please note that you can return goods to us within 30 days and we will only accept unused and unworn items. We therefore recommend that you only try on and inspect the goods at home. Be careful not to remove any attached labels and do not soil the items. When checking the goods, behave as if you were in a shop. This will save you and us a lot of time and trouble in the event of a complaint. You can also exercise your right of withdrawal in any other way using an explicit declaration.

How do I get my money back?

As soon as the goods have been returned to us and checked by us, we will refund the amount. 

  • If you pay in advance you will receive a credit to your account.
  • If you pay by PayPal, you will receive a credit to your PayPal account.
  • If you pay by credit card, you will receive a credit on your credit card.
  • If you pay by bank transfer, you will receive a credit to your account.
  • If you pay by instant bank transfer, you will receive a credit on your account.

How do I pay in advance?

When paying in advance, select the payment method "Prepayment". You will receive an e-mail from us with the exact invoice data and our bank details. When making your transfer, please state your name and the invoice number as the reason for payment so that we can allocate your payment to the order. The goods will be dispatched immediately after receipt of the transfer.

How do I pay via PayPal?

After completing your order, you will be redirected to PayPal to complete your payment. With PayPal you can pay as a PayPal member or as a guest. For payment as a guest you do not need a PayPal account and can easily pay by direct debit or credit card. PayPal members can pay normally via their PayPal account.

How do I pay by credit card?

During the ordering process you can securely enter your credit card details via an SSL-encrypted page and process the payment immediately. There you can now pay for your order with a credit card on an encrypted and secure page. The goods will be dispatched immediately after receipt of payment. 



How can I order at Pirscher Shop?

Once you have found the product you want, you can add it to your shopping basket without obligation by clicking on the button "ADD TO BASKET". You can view the contents of the shopping basket at any time by clicking on the "SHOPPING BASKET" button. You can remove the products from the shopping basket at any time by clicking on the [X] button. If you want to buy the products in the shopping basket, click the button "CONTINUE TO CHECKOUT". You will then be asked to enter your personal data, select the payment method and confirm that you have read and understood the customer information. You can cancel the ordering process at any time by closing the browser window or by clicking on the button "PAYMENT ORDER". Before submitting the order, you have the opportunity to identify any input errors. Of course, you can correct and/or change the information you have entered in the order process at any time by clicking "BACK" in your browser. Or you can use the change buttons in the summary before submitting your order to make your corrections.

What is My Account?

In our shop you can create a personal account. In your account you can create wish lists, track orders or manage your personal data, newsletters and delivery addresses. By creating an account you will save yourself a lot of time when placing your next order, as your billing and delivery addresses are stored. You can easily create an account during the order process or click on "Register" in the menu bar under "Login". Creating an account is voluntary and can be deleted at any time.
