Can I have my order delivered to a Packstation?

Of course, you can have your order delivered to a Packstation.

To do this, tick the box next to ‘Enter a different delivery address’ in the second step of the ordering process. This will bring up the necessary fields for entering a delivery address that differs from the billing address.

  • Fill in the “*First name” and “*Surname” fields as usual with your name.
  • In the “Additional address details” field, enter your DHL customer number.
  • In the “*Street and house number” field enter the word “Packstation” followed by your Packstation number (example: Packstation 137). 
  • In the “Postcode” and “Town” fields, simply enter the postcode and town of the Packstation.

Note : If you are ordering cash on delivery, you must pay for the goods by credit card or debit card at the Packstation machine.

Can I track my parcel online?

Immediately after your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email from us containing the DHL tracking number and a link to the DHL tracking service, where you can track your shipment status.


Returns

What does the 30-day return period mean?

Good customer service is extremely important to us. That is why we offer an extended 30-day return period.

Please note that you can return the goods to us within 30 days and that we only accept unused items. We therefore recommend that you only try on and inspect the goods at home. Please ensure that you do not remove any attached labels and do not soil the items. When inspecting the goods, please behave as if you were in a high street shop. This will save you and us a lot of time and hassle in the event of a complaint. You may also exercise your right of withdrawal in any other way by providing an explicit statement.

Are returns free of charge?

Returns are free of charge within Germany via the Pirscher shop if you use our free returns service.

How do I get my money back?

As soon as the goods have been returned to us and checked, we will refund the amount to you.

  • If you paid in advance, you will receive a credit note to your account.
  • If you paid on delivery, you will receive a credit note to your account.
  • If you pay via PayPal, you will receive a credit to your PayPal account.
  • If you pay by credit card, you will receive a credit to your credit card.
  • If you pay by direct debit, you will receive a credit to your account.
  • If you pay via Sofortüberweisung, you will receive a credit to your account.

Payment

How do I pay in advance?

When paying in advance, simply select the payment method “Advance payment”. You will receive an email from us containing the exact invoice details and our bank details. When making your bank transfer, please state your name and the invoice number as the reference so that we can match your payment to your order. The goods will be dispatched immediately upon receipt of the transfer.

How do I pay via PayPal?

Once you have completed your order, you will be redirected to PayPal to finalise your payment. With PayPal, you can pay as a PayPal member or as a guest. To pay as a guest, you do not need a PayPal account and can pay conveniently by direct debit or credit card. PayPal members can make the payment as normal via their PayPal account.

How do I pay by credit card?

During the ordering process, you can securely enter your credit card details via an SSL-encrypted page and complete the payment immediately. The goods will be dispatched as soon as payment is received.

How do I pay by invoice?

We will send you an invoice with the goods. You will find our bank details on the invoice and can pay conveniently by bank transfer. Even though we offer a 30-day return policy, you must pay for the goods within 14 days.


General

How can I place an order in the Pirscher shop?

Once you have found the product you want, you can add it to your basket without obligation by clicking the “ADD TO BASKET” button. You can view the contents of your basket at any time without obligation by clicking the “BASKET” button. You can remove products from your basket at any time by ticking the checkbox next to the product and then clicking “REMOVE”.

If you wish to purchase the products in your basket, click the “PROCEED TO NEXT STEP” button. You will then be asked to enter your personal details, select a payment method and confirm that you have read the customer information. You can cancel the ordering process at any time by closing the browser window or complete it by clicking the “PLACE ORDER” button.

Before submitting your order, you have the opportunity to check for any input errors. Of course, you can correct and/or change the details you have entered during the ordering process at any time by clicking “BACK” in your browser. Alternatively, you can use the edit buttons in the summary before submitting your order to make any corrections.

Note : Our site works best in the latest versions of Firefox, Safari, Microsoft Edge or Google Chrome. Should any display issues arise, we recommend installing the latest version of your browser.

What is “My Account”?

You can create a personal account in the Pirscher shop. In your account, you can create wishlists, track orders or manage your personal details, newsletters and delivery addresses. By creating an account, you’ll save a lot of time on your next order, as your billing and delivery addresses will already be saved.

You can easily create an account during the ordering process or click on “Register” under “Log in” in the right-hand menu bar. Creating an account is optional and can be deleted at any time. To delete your account, please send us an email stating your email address to service@pirschershop.eu.
