Return instructions

If you would like to return goods to us, please proceed as follows. We would like to kindly remind you that we can only take back unworn goods with original packaging including all labels.

Step 1: 

Please fill out the return form and enclose it with the package so that we can process your return as quickly as possible.

Step 2: 

Please pack the goods securely and in a suitable shipping box so that they reach undamaged.

Step 3:

Important note: Your return label is your posting receipt. Please keep this until you have received a return confirmation from us by e-mail. We recommend using only insured shipping services.


Frequently asked questions about returns

Can I exchange goods?

If you need the same item in a different size or colour, please order the item again. You can simply return the unwanted item to us. We will refund the purchase amount to your account within 1 week. It is not possible to offset the already returned and newly ordered items.

This way, the replacement item will reach you much faster!

Why are the return stamp and the return form not enclosed with the goods?

A lot of items leave our dispatch centre every year. However, we keep the return rate very low. We achieve this, for example, by providing good advice in advance and carefully packaging the ordered goods. If we were to provide every parcel with complete return documents, most of them would end up unused in the wastepaper basket. Electronic provision, on the other hand, ensures that only those papers are printed that are actually needed. As a side effect, we are making a joint contribution to saving valuable natural resources.

How long does it take until I receive a replacement product?

Once we receive the goods that are the subject of a complaint, we check the reason for the complaint within one to two working days. We will then notify you by e-mail or telephone about how to proceed. The delivery time of the replacement shipment depends on the availability of the goods. This can be found in the item description in our online shop. 

How long does it take until I receive a credit note?

If you are entitled to a credit note, this will usually be issued within seven working days of the arrival of the goods that are the subject of the complaint. At the same time, you will be notified by e-mail. Within Germany, the credited amount should be credited to your account within three working days at the latest. If, contrary to expectations, this is not the case, please contact us immediately.
