Shipping & Payment

The following conditions apply:

 

Shipping conditions

Delivery is made within Germany and to the following countries: Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia Spain, Czech Republic, Hungary, Austria, Switzerland, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Georgia, Iceland, Croatia, Russian Federation, Serbia, Turkey, Ukraine, Belarus.

If an item is not available at short notice, we will inform the customer by e-mail about the expected delivery time, provided we have the customer's e-mail address. The customer's legal claims remain unaffected.

Shipping costs

Delivery within Europe (DHL Europe)

For delivery to Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia Spain, Czech Republic, Hungary and packaging costs, we charge a proportional flat rate of € 7.95, regardless of the number and weight of items. There may be additional costs and surcharges for remote area deliveries, these must be borne by the customer. Delivery will be made by DHL. A minimum order value of 50 € applies. 

Delivery outside Europe (DHL Europe)

For delivery to Bosnia and Herzegovina, Georgia, Iceland, Croatia, Russian Federation, Serbia, Turkey, Ukraine, Belarus and packaging costs, we charge a proportional flat rate of € 28.90, regardless of the number and weight of items. There may be additional costs and surcharges for remote area deliveries, these must be borne by the customer. Delivery will be made by DHL. A minimum order value of 50 € applies. 

Delivery times

Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered within 1 - 2 days in Germany, within 2 - 4 days to Austria and Switzerland and within 2 - 14 days after conclusion of the contract for all other international deliveries (after the date of your payment instruction in the case of agreed advance payment).

Every order with successful receipt of payment (or purchase on account) before 2:00 p.m. will be dispatched on the same day, provided that a delivery time of 1-2 days is indicated for the item. If you order items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one shipment unless we have made different arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.

Please note that there will be no dispatch or delivery on Sundays and public holidays. 

 

Terms of payment

For domestic deliveries (Germany) you have the following payment options:

  • Payment in advance by bank transfer
  • Payment by credit card
  • Payment by PayPal (credit card, direct debit, invoice if applicable)
  • Payment by invoice (via Ratepay)
  • Payment by instalment purchase (via Ratepay)
  • Payment by instant bank transfer (via Klarna)

For deliveries abroad you have the following payment options:

  • Payment in advance by bank transfer
  • Payment by credit card
  • Payment via PayPal

Further details on payment

The invoice amount must be paid within 14 days if you pay by invoice.

If you pay by credit card, your credit card account will be debited upon conclusion of the contract.
