We developed the Pirscher Gear Polar 2.0 winter pants for long Honts in wintry temperatures. It provides reliable protection against the bitter cold, wind, rain and snow. For the second generation, we have specifically refined the tried-and-tested design and further reduced the noise generated during movement.
To achieve this, we have firmly bonded the outer fabric to the ADDVENTEX membrane. Together with the improved outer fabric, this construction reduces movement noise even further. At the same time, moisture is much less visible on the outer fabric.
Extra-warm winter hunting trousers with double protection against the cold
Beneath the membrane, the 100 g/m² Feather Touch padding acts as an insulating cold barrier. The detachab padded, at 60 g/m², also provides additional warmth to the lower back and the sensitive kidney area.
As the cold is felt particularly quickly on the knees during long winter hunts from a blind, we have additionally fitted this area with a heat-reflective thermal coating. It reflects some of the body heat emitted, thereby helping to retain warmth. The thermal coating is also used on the bib, where it reinforced s the insulation in the lower back and kidney area.
Windproof & waterproof hunting trousers for frost, rain & snow
The ADDVENTEX 10.10 membrane provides reliable protection against cold wind, rain and snow. With a water column rating of 10,000 mm, a breathability rating of 10,000 g/m²/24h and taped seams, the Pirscher Gear Polar 2.0 winter pants remains reliably waterproof even in inclement winter weather. The PFC-free BIONIC FINISH ECO water-repellent treatment also makes the outer fabric water- and dirt-repellent.
We have also applied reinforced to the knee areas, seat and boot area to protect precisely those parts that are subjected to particular wear and tear during hunting, hunting ground work and when setting up and taking down the tent.
Detachable bib & ‘ suspenders’ for superior comfort
The padded bib provides extra warmth in the lower back and kidney area and can be completely removed if required. It is attached directly to the wide braces without any additional buckles. This prevents any uncomfortable pressure points when leaning against a seat or backrest.
Suspenders s are hooked directly into the wide belt loops using sturdy hooks and can also be removed. An anti-slip rubberised finish on the waistband keeps your shirt or jumper securely in place, even when you’re on the move.
Leg cuffs for thick winter boots
The width-adjustable leg cuffs can be widened using a zip and press stud, creating space for thick winter hunting boots. Integrated boot hooks secure the trouser legs to the boots and prevent them from riding up whilst walking or sitting down.
5 pockets for hunting accessories
There are a total of five pockets available for hunting accessories. Two spacious cargo pockets fasten with silent magnetic closures, allowing them to be opened and closed e silent ly whilst on a winter hunting stand. There are also two slip pockets and one back pocket.
Extra-wide belt loops and a D-ring on the waistband round off the practical hunting features.
