Quick access to the long gun

The Pirscher Gear Rifle Rapid Release System complements the Pirscher Gear hunting rucksack with a quick and clearly defined release mechanism. If the rifle needs to be removed from the mount, it can be released with just a few controlled movements and taken directly into your hand.

This is particularly useful whilst stalking, on patrols or on longer walks, when the long gun is carried on the rucksack and needs to be quickly accessible if required.

Direct release via the D-ring

To release the rifle, first grip it securely with one hand. Then, using your free hand, pull the D-ring straight downwards. The catch opens immediately and the rifle can be removed from the mount in a controlled manner.

Developed for the Pirscher Gear hunting rucksack

The Rifle Quick Release System was developed exclusively for use with the Pirscher Gear hunting rucksack and allows quick access to the long gun carried on the rucksack.

Note: The rifle must be completely unloaded before being placed in the rucksack. Before unlocking the system, the rifle must be securely gripped with the other hand.
