Description
The Pirscher Gear heated vest is a functional thermal waistcoat with heating function that provides excellent insulation. It provides cosy warmth at the touch of a button and allows significantly more freedom of movement when going to the attack than several thick layers of clothing under winter clothing.
The active heat comes on three heat levels from the heating membrane, which covers a large area of the back. With the 5,000 capacity Pirscher Gear Powerbank included, the heated vest can provide up to 5 hours of heating. The 10,000-volt powerbank (item no. 54331) warms for up to 8.5 hours at a time.
Passive warm th is provided by the heat-reflecting thermal coating on the inside of the back section. Like a rescue blanket, the silver coating reflects the body's infrared heat radiation and prevents cooling.
In addition, the torso has a warm Feather Touch padding padded. The padding of the quilted waistcoat is hidden behind a hard-wearing ripstop material and anti-slip quilted in. The advantage of ripstop fabric is its high resistance. If you do get caught on a sharp branch in rough terrain, the ripstop material prevents a small hole from developing into a large tear.
To prevent chilling, the upper part of the torso is additionally wind proof and a DWR impregnation (Durable Water Repellency) water repellent and thus protects against moisture penetration.
The smooth fabric surface ensures that any outer jacket slides easily over it. This does not restrict movement and ensures a high level of comfort.
The Pirscher Gear heated vest has a sporty cut. The collar is cut higher and is lined on the inside with soft fleece padded. The side inserts made of ultra-flexible power fleece are extremely stretchy for high wearing comfort and support an optimal wearing climate. This is because the fleece is breathable and wicks moisture away to the outside.
The heated vest is equipped with a total of four pockets. Two outer side pockets with zips and a warm fleece pocket liner provide storage space for small items of hunting equipment. The colour-contrasting chest pocket also has a zip. The waistcoat also has an inner pocket for a power bank.

Ein Traum ...
Ich habe die Weste erst seit 14 Tagen, konnte sie aber schon während meiner Photo-Pirschgänge bei - 12°C ausprobieren. Auch nach 3 Stunden (davon eine beim Ansitz) war mir wohlig warm. Der Rücken, der gerade beim Ansitz durch die gespannte Kleidung leicht kalt wird, war so angenehm warm, wie ich es im Winter bisher nicht kannte. Dabei wärmt die Weste auch schon gut, wenn die Heizung nicht eingeschaltet ist. Ein Kleidungsstück, bei dem man sich fragt: warum habe ich das eigentlich nicht schon viel früher gekauft.
