The Pirscher Gear Ultralight Tanatex long-sleeved shirt in the OPTIMAX 2S camouflage pattern is an ultra-light, highly breathable functional shirt for stalking in summer. Our Pirscher Gear Ultralight Tanatex long-sleeved shirt is the ideal companion for hunting and stalking on hot summer days: the quick-drying functional shirt provides camouflage and protects against heat and sunlight. It also keeps annoying bloodsuckers such as mosquitoes and ticks away and inhibits the development of odours.
The flexible high-performance polyester with its smooth, air-permeable waffle-grid fabric structure ensures that heat and moisture escape extremely quickly. This creates an evaporation effect that has a pleasantly cooling effect on the skin.
Protection against odour formation
When hunting, you not only want to avoid loud noises, but also odours. To ensure that our functional material retains its neutral odour when sweating, we have used Silvadur Frische technology (well tolerated by the skin, OEKO-TEX certified) . It actively combats odours. The antimicrobial treatment based on silver ions prevents microorganisms from multiplying in the fabric and causing odours.
Integrated tick and insect protection
As hunters, we are particularly exposed to the risk of disease transmission through insect bites. That's why we have integrated Tanatex® insect protection, a permethrin-based insect-proof treatment. The odourless insect repellent repels mosquitoes and ticks for a long time and can be washed up to 40 times.
Optimum camouflage with OPTIMAX 2S
Together with the Pirscher Gear Ultralight camouflage mask (with Tanatex: item no. 54256; without Tanatex: item no. 54257) to camouflage the face, the long-sleeved shirt offers optimum camouflage for the hunter. This is because the OPTIMAX 2S camouflage pattern is specially designed for Central European vegetation. It has a good camouflage effect in forest, field and mountain areas and is highly effective at both short and long distances.
