The 12-fold magnification makes distant game appear significantly larger and allows fine details to be recognised more clearly. For Generation 4, DDoptics has revised the coatings and the prism system. As a result, the image appears brighter, higher in contrast and more natural. Disturbing colour fringing is reduced and contours remain clear right up to the edges of the field of view. The large 56 mm objective lenses support observation at twilight and in difficult lighting conditions.

The Smart Focus simplifies operation in low light. Once focus has been set on an object approximately 100 m away, refocusing is rarely required within the range from approx. 50 m to infinity. The tactile mark on the focus wheel helps you quickly find the correct setting even in the dark.

Weighing 940 g, the DDoptics Nighteagle Ergo 12x56 remains comfortably manoeuvrable for a high-performance 56-mm pair of binoculars. The non-slip rubber armouring ensures a secure grip even in wet and cold conditions. The interpupillary distance can be adjusted from 60 to 75 mm. Metal TwistUp eyecups and an eye relief of 16.1 mm allow for comfortable use with or without spectacles.

The water-repellent RNP Raindefender coating improves visibility in damp conditions. In addition, these hunting binoculars are nitrogen-filled and water proof to a depth of 1.5 m. This protects the optics from moisture and prevents them from misting up on the inside. With the Quick-Snap system, the protective caps remain securely attached to the binoculars and are quickly to hand when out in the field.
