The rifle rest is simply screwed directly onto the climbing treestand. The rifle rest is easy to attach with 2 screws. The rifle rest can be adjusted from 0 to 90 degrees.

The rest is padded and therefore does not rattle.

The Summit Treestands rifle rest comes in two sizes:
