The Hart Kernig-J hunting jacket for dog handler is an extremely robust and well-designed jacket for blood trailing in rough terrain.
The outer layer of the dog handler jacket is made from 1000D Blaze fabric, which is hard-wearing and thorn-proof. The shoulders have an extremely robust Armortex reinforcement. The intermediate layer of the jacket consists of a windproof and waterproof membrane, which is also highly breathable. As some dog handler find a hood rather inconvenient at blood trailing, the hood can be concealed in the collar.
The eye-catching orange colour and the reflective strip along the hips ensure good visibility. In addition to the high-quality membrane, the waterproof 2-way zip and the two front pockets and two (radio) chest pockets with waterproof zips ensure absolute weather protection. Ideal for keeping documents or electronic equipment dry even in the rain.
The jacket also has two additional front pockets, one inside chest pocket and two hand pockets on the back. This makes a total of nine practical pockets. There are cartridge holders on the front of the jacket for quick access. On the right for shotgun shells and on the left for bullets. The hem on the inside of the jacket is adjustable.
