The Hanwag Banks Hunt SF Extra GTX hunting boot is a lightweight and comfortable hunting boot for stalking, hunting and hunting ground work from spring through to autumn. The waterproof Gore-Tex™ membrane provides protection in changeable weather, whilst the wide StraightFit Extra fit and cushioned sole construction ensure they remain comfortable to wear even on long stalking walks.

The Hanwag Banks Hunt SF Extra GTX hunting boot is designed for days out hunting when you’ll be covering quite a bit of ground. Its breathable construction and comparatively light weight make it particularly well-suited to active hunting in spring, summer and autumn. At the same time, the waterproof Gore-Tex™ membrane keeps your feet dry when the grass is wet in the morning or the weather changes during the day.
On longer stalking trips, the StraightFit Extra fit really comes into its own, as the last is cut wider in the forefoot, allowing more room for the toes. Added to this is a reinforced PU foam wedge, which softly cushions your steps and supports a comfortable roll-off. This comfortable design really makes a difference, particularly when the walk to the ‘ hunting’ is longer or when you’ve covered several kilometres whilst patrolling the hunting hunting ground work.
The Vibram Trekking SF sole is also ideal for stalking, as it offers a wide, stable contact surface whilst allowing for a quiet rolling motion. This enables the foot to be placed with precision, particularly whilst stalking, without compromising on secure grip on the terrain.
For the upper, Hanwag combines robust nubuck leather with Perwanger suede on the toe and heel, thereby reinforced ing precisely those areas that are subjected to particular strain when walking through undergrowth, over roots or on stony ground. Sturdy metal lace hooks complement the robust construction of the hunting boot.
In addition, the Hanwag Banks Hunt SF Extra GTX hunting boot comes with a second pair of laces in hunting orange. This allows the understated brown boot to be given a more eye-catching accent if required. The hunting boot is also resoleable and is manufactured entirely in Europe.
