Information on manufacturer's warranties
Deerhunter
Deerhunter provides a 5-year warranty against manufacturing defects in the Deer-Tex® membrane. The Deer-Tex® membrane warranty only covers manufacturing defects. The 5-year warranty only applies to products with Deer-Tex membrane, not to the entire range.

Härkila
Härkila offers a 5-year warranty on selected products. The 5-year warranty programme is an extension of the statutory 2-year warranty and insures the product so that a claim can be made. The product will then either be repaired or replaced by Härkila.
What is covered in the warranty:
- All product and material defects within 5 years of purchase.
- Production faults (sewing faults etc.)
- Defects in the GORE-TEX membrane
What is not covered in the guarantee:
- Self-inflicted damage (holes caused by fences, burn holes etc.)
- Material leakage due to holes
- Damage due to incorrect care
- Textiles with pilling
- Products that were not claimed in time and can now no longer be repaired

Northern Hunting
Certain products come with either a 36-month or 60-month warranty. Depending on the damage to the product, the item will either be replaced, refunded or the purchase price reduced. The guarantee does not apply if the damage is due to deliberate misuse or other damaging behaviour.
