The Fiskars X18 universal axe is a durable and well-designed axe that is ideal for delimbing or splitting kindling. The blade is precision-ground and therefore particularly sharp. Thanks to the forged and double-hardened steel, the cutting edge also lasts longer. The curved shape maximises impact force.

The steel has a low-friction coating. This allows the axe to glide through the wood particularly easily. The coating also provides effective rust protection. The axe head is incorporated into the handle and is completely enclosed by it. This prevents the head from slipping off the handle.

The axe handle is made from a particularly lightweight, extremely robust and flexible FiberComp material. This makes the axe not only more durable, but also particularly easy to handle. A non-slip handle ensures optimum grip even in damp conditions. It also has a flared handle end to prevent slipping.
