The Landig Wildburger spice mix Wild BBQ Rub is perfect for making pulled deer or spare ribs from wild boars .
The spice mix comes in an elegant metal tin, which protects the spices perfectly from light, moisture and heat. The tins can also be stacked perfectly. The spice mixes are of the highest quality and are handmade in southern Germany.
The spice is particularly economical to use. Only 15 to 20g is enough for 1kg of meat. The tins therefore last a particularly long time.
Ingredients: raw sugar, black pepper, Hungarian sweet paprika, table salt, chilli flakes, nutmeg, garlic granules

Note: The spice mix without nitrite curing salt is not suitable for making raw sausage. The sausage produced must be strongly heated before consumption.
