The Härkila Kodiak Clever Wool HSP hunting jacket is perfect for bitterly cold winter nights spent in a hide. Thanks to the Primaloft insulation, the wool jacket keeps you reliably warm and feels pleasantly soft, much like down. The wool jacket, made from the CleverWool wool-blend fabric, also has natural temperature-regulating properties.
The windproof HSP StormPro membrane keeps out cold wind and snow. An additional dirt- and water-repellent DWR finish, combined with the natural properties of the wool, protects against light precipitation. A storm flap with press studs provides additional cover for the robust two-way zip and reduces draughts.
The CleverWool outer fabric combines wool with polyester. The wool provides warmth and a pleasantly soft feel
against the skin
. The polyester content makes the material lighter and more durable than pure wool. At the same time, the ‘ wool jacket’ is particularly ‘ silent’. This makes it perfect for cold winter nights spent on the hide.
The brushed and quilted lining feels soft against the skin and enhances thermal comfort during long nights spent waiting for wild boar. The sleeves, waist and hem can be adjusted to suit the layers worn underneath. This ensures the jacket fits comfortably over both lighter functional clothing and a thicker insulating layer. The adjustable hood protects the head and neck and can be completely removed.
A total of six pockets provide ample space for essential hunting kit. The radio pocket on the chest features an opening for the antenna. Two softly lined hand-warming pockets provide a protected, warm place for your hands during long periods of waiting. The two large front pockets open via quiet magnetic fastenings and provide storage space for equipment. In the right-hand front pocket, the integrated cartridge compartment keeps ammunition organised and within easy reach. The large ‘ game bag’ with a zip at the back provides additional enclosed storage space.
