The low-noise softshell fabric makes the Rogaland particularly suitable for active hunting methods. When stalking, the quiet surface allows for discreet movement, whilst the stretchy fabric provides ample freedom of movement when taking aim and on longer treks through the hunting grounds.
The outer fabric is water repellent, offering additional protection against light moisture. On the inside, a soft lining ensures comfortable wear. This makes the softshell jacket particularly suitable for the transitional season and cool days when freedom of movement is more important than heavy insulation. The cuffs can be individually adjusted using Velcro fasteners.
For hunting use, the Rogaland features a separate attachment point for a radio. A total of 5 pockets provide space for hunting equipment and personal items. These include 1 radio pocket, 1 deep ‘ chest pocket’ pocket and 2 front pockets, each with a concealed zip. 1 ‘ game bag’ on the back complements the practical features of the Deerhunter Rogaland softshell jacket.
