The Landig game burger spice mix is perfect for adding to the meat of the game sausages. The perfectly coordinated spice combinations round off the flavour of the roast sausage perfectly.
The spice mix comes in an elegant metal tin, which protects the spices perfectly from light, moisture and heat. The tins can also be stacked perfectly. The spice mixes are of the best quality and are handmade in southern Germany.
The spice is particularly economical to use. Only 33g is enough for 1kg of meat. The tins therefore last a particularly long time.
Ingredients: Nitrite curing salt, black pepper, coriander, garlic, nutmeg, bay leaves, mustard seeds, juniper berries

Note: The spice mix without nitrite curing salt is not suitable for making raw sausage. The sausage produced must be strongly heated before consumption.
