Product Consultant - Customer Service (m/f/d)

We are an e-commerce company based in Thierhaupten, Bavaria and our motto is "from hunters for hunters". The Pirscher shop has been around since 2010 and we have grown steadily since then. With our team we face the daily challenges - are you with us?

What awaits you :

• As a product consultant, you will be familiar with the products in our range and will be constantly learning about new products. You will pass on the know-how you have acquired to our customers in the form of product descriptions for the online shop.
• As a customer advisor, you answer customer questions, requests and suggestions about our products and about hunting and outdoor activities. You communicate with our customers via telephone, e-mail or live chat.
• You do not shy away from problem cases and complaints, but see them as a challenge and an opportunity to satisfy our customers.
• You see a personal consultation with customers in our on-site showroom as an easy task.
• With our ever-growing team, the position can be expanded to team leader in the long term.

What you bring with you:

• You enjoy writing and talking to our customers on the phone and always keep a good mood, even when things get hectic.
• You enjoy learning new things about products and are good at putting what you have learned into your own words and formulating it in writing.
• You have a very good command of written and spoken German and are able to express yourself well.
• You have secure PC user skills and are proficient in the usual Office programmes (Word, Excel, Windows).
• You have an affinity for our product range.
• A hunting background is a great advantage.
• Knowledge of foreign languages is an advantage.
• Ideally, you have relevant training and previous professional experience (e.g. as a customer service employee or retail salesperson)
• Career changers are very welcome
