Office administrator (m/f/d) for purchasing & sales
Are you a talented communicator and organiser? Do you have a knack for figures? Purchasing and negotiating are in your blood? As an office administrator for purchasing/sales, you will occupy a central position in our company. You are the link between customer, supplier and our company.
To support our team, we are looking for a full-time employee for the area of purchasing and sales as soon as possible.

We are a modern e-commerce company from Bavaria and have been operating one of the leading online shops for hunting clothing and equipment since 2010. Under the motto "From hunters for hunters" we equip hunters all over Europe - with the top hunting brands as well as our own brand Pirscher Gear.
What you can expect
- You will support the purchasing team with daily supplier orders
- You monitor stocks, prices and the up-to-dateness of product data
- You will check order confirmations and monitor compliance with delivery dates
- You will support your colleagues in creating and maintaining new products
- In case of complaints you are the interface between customer and supplier
- You advise our customers on the phone, by email and personally in the shop
What you bring with you
- A commercial apprenticeship or corresponding professional experience
- You are motivated and can work both in a team and alone
- You have an eye for detail and always keep an eye on your deadlines
- You are not afraid of working with numbers and are confident in using Excel and other Office applications
- You are communicative and have good verbal and written communication skills
- You have a good command of English (other foreign languages would be an advantage)
- An interest in hunting, outdoor activities or fishing is an advantage
